🚧 Early Beta Terms of Service
This is an early beta version of our Terms of Service. These terms will be refined and expanded as engage.re develops.
By using this service during the beta period, you acknowledge that functionality may be incomplete, features may change, and occasional service interruptions may occur.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using engage.re ("the Service"), operated by SenseFuture ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Beta Service
engage.re is provided as a beta service. This means:
- Features are under active development and may not be fully functional
- The platform may experience changes, updates, or temporary unavailability
- Some planned features are not yet available
- We welcome your feedback to help improve the platform
We provide no warranty regarding service availability or functionality during the beta period.
3. Your Data Ownership

At engage.re, user data ownership is fundamental to our design philosophy. You retain full ownership of all content and data you create on this platform.
We are actively building features that will give you complete control over your data, including:
- Granular privacy controls for all your content
- Data export functionality (data portability)
- Selective data deletion
- Visibility management for your information
These features are coming soon as part of our ongoing development.
4. Account & Data Deletion
During the beta period, if you wish to delete your account or any of your data, please contact us directly at:
We will process your request promptly and confirm once your data has been permanently removed from our systems, in accordance with your rights under UK GDPR.
5. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
6. Your Responsibility for Information Shared
Important: As a beta service, engage.re has not been subjected to the same security audits and testing as a fully-released commercial platform.
While we implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that:
- Any information you share on the platform is shared at your own discretion and risk
- You should not submit highly sensitive personal information that could cause you significant harm if it were to be accessed by unauthorised parties
- You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions
We strongly advise exercising caution about what information you choose to share during the beta period. Enhanced security features and auditing will be implemented as the platform matures.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Post content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create on engage.re. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.
Our Content: The engage.re platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SenseFuture. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS A BETA SERVICE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR THAT ALL FEATURES WILL WORK AS EXPECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
